Paul was the definition of nice, genuine, and a true, attention to detail professional! I toured our home with him solo as my boyfriend was unable to attend and I was a bit nervous being out of my knowledge scope but it was immediately evident that I was in excellent and patient hands! Paul was very thorough and really encouraged my questions, not making me feel for a second that I was asking something stupid or wasting his time. We couldn't be happier with the service Paul provided! He went through every inch of the property and explained things simple for us. He suggested ideas or what to expect with certain things. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas...we even learned what an ugly fruit was! He showed my curious 3 year old pictures of the place and treated us great.
