We couldn't be happier with the service Paul provided! He went through every inch of the property and explained things simple for us. He suggested ideas or what to expect with certain things. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas...we even learned what an ugly fruit was! He showed my curious 3 year old pictures of the place and treated us great. I would highly recommend and if ever another need arises would hire him again in a heartbeat!
