The quality and amount of information provided went well above and beyond my expectations. Paul spent several hours walking through the house with me, explaining in detail everything I should know or have concerns about, as well as the things he felt I didn't need to be concerned about. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about providing a level of inspection that is unmatched.
Their official report and online website is where they provide unmatched service. They provide a high level of detail with color pictures (and even video when applicable), along with recommended repairs. They also include a maintenance guide/schedule, and list of items to repair. Their site has a list of various appliances and items that link to the specific model's user guide (i.e. my specific furnace & water heater model each have a user guide).
Paul was also adamant about making sure I give him a call if I ever have problems with my house, regardless of the time frame. I highly recommend On Point Home Inspections for your own home inspection!
